1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and cv96 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the cv96 website at cv96.org, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features available through the Platform. By completing registration and continuing to use cv96, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. cv96 does not permit access by anyone under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on cv96 or hold an account previously suspended or closed by cv96.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of cv96.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on cv96. Opening multiple accounts under different names or mobile numbers belonging to the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTPs sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must notify cv96 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow another person to place bets or access games using your credentials.
• You must log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices. Use a unique password not shared with any other platform.

Account Closure

Any remaining balance will be returned via your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and no fraud or terms violation is identified during the closure review. cv96 may close accounts without notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cv96 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment channels listed below. All transactions are subject to the processing times, limits, and verification requirements described in this section.

Deposits

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ৳200. No maximum limit is imposed by cv96, though individual payment providers may apply their own caps.
• Deposits are credited within 1–3 minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• cv96 accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• cv96 does not charge a fee on deposits. Mobile money charges applied by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are outside cv96's control and are the player's responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where that method supports outbound transfers.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing may take longer during public holidays or high-volume periods.
• cv96 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests may be declined if the account has not completed KYC verification or is under investigation.
• Winnings from fraudulent activity, software errors, or technical faults may be voided at cv96's discretion. Disputes on transaction amounts must be raised with support within 72 hours of the transaction date.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cv96 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus conditions below. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal from a bonus-funded balance. The applicable multiplier is stated on the individual bonus offer page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting the stated wagering requirement. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player.
• cv96 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts or using automated software.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus expire 7 days after being credited unless otherwise stated. Unused free spins carry no cash value.
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified by cv96 at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an offer will be notified of any material changes to its terms.

Deposit bonuses are applied to a separate bonus wallet. Winnings from bonus funds are subject to the rollover requirement before transfer to your main withdrawable balance. Your account dashboard shows wagering requirement progress in real time.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cv96. cv96 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in any of the activities below, and to void any bets, winnings, or balances associated with that account.

• Opening or operating more than one cv96 account, or attempting to re-register after an account has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate outcomes on cv96.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including through information sharing, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting strategies.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering. cv96 cooperates with relevant authorities and reports suspicious financial activity where required.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in games or the Platform for financial gain. Winnings obtained through a known or suspected technical error are invalid and will be voided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on cv96, including software, source code, text, images, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the exclusive property of cv96 or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties. No content from cv96 may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without prior written consent of cv96.

The cv96 brand name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks — including on social media or in promotional material — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Players may not represent themselves as affiliated with or endorsed by cv96 without express written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, even if cv96 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of cv96 is entirely at your own risk.

cv96 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or free of errors. cv96 will make reasonable efforts to restore service following any unplanned outage and will communicate known issues to players through the Platform's official channels.

10. Amendments to These Terms

cv96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cv96 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
